 All of our rooms are equipped with A/C, hot water and pressurized “tropical rain” shower heads. Our three bedroom family suite also has a 50″ TV, Sky satellite and a mini fridge. Our beds are all very cozy and depending on the room have either a king or queen orthopedic mattress. Each room also has a porch out front with hammock and chairs to relax in.

Cancelation Policy:

• Cancellations made two weeks prior to Check-in:  booking refundable 100%.
• Cancellations made one week prior to Check-in: booking payment will be held as credit for a future visit inside one year, excluding holidays and festivals
• Cancellations made within one week of Check-in: booking payment is non-refundable. If we manage to resell the room, your payment will be held as credit for a future reservation inside one year, excluding holidays and festivals
• NO SHOWS: non-refundable.
• Cancellations over holidays and festivals need to be made two weeks prior to check in OR your deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation credits are good for 1 year from date of original reservation.
• Cancellation credits are non- transferable to others.

• One child under 2 years old FREE per room.
• Prices subject to change over peak holidays which include two Independence Day weekends in November, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas & New Year’s week, Carnival, and Holy Week.
• Check ins after 10:30pm by appointment only.
• The above rates are our online discounted rates. Please be advised our standard room rates are; $200.00 for queen and king rooms, $280.00 for our suite. 
• Onsite staff daily.
• Daily housekeeping included in the room rate.
• We do not provide any towels for use off the property.
• We have 3 very friendly rescue dogs and 2 cats here. Great with people but not to other dogs. NO PETS.

Yes, Casa Lajagua has one meeting and event area. Our lounge area can accommodate up to 25 guests for an event.

Unfortunately, we don't offer Room Service. But we can recommend the best take-out restaurants in Pedasi that can be delivered to the hotel.
